Use of RSS Feeds
RSS (really simple syndication) service is a means by which IGG Factory, Inc. (News.HandHelditems Site) offers feeds of story headlines in XML format ("RSS Content") to visitors to News.HandHelditems.com who use RSS aggregators. These Terms of Use govern your use of the RSS service.

IGG Factory, Inc. retains all ownership and other rights in the RSS Content, and any and all IGG Factory, Inc. logos and trademarks used in connection with the RSS Service. Attribution must appear in the form of Source: HandHelditems.com, News.HandHelditems.com or an appropriate IGG Factory, Inc. website logo. If you provide this attribution using a graphic, you must use the appropriate HandHelditems’ or News.HandHelditems’ website's logo available upon request.
(d) Right to Discontinue Feeds
IGG Factory, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the RSS feeds at any time and to require you to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the RSS feeds for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use. IGG Factory, Inc. assumes no liability for any of your activities in connection with the RSS feeds or for your use of the RSS feeds in connection with your website.

Our Services are intended for general audiences. If you sign up to use any of our Services, you agree to provide accurate information about you. You must keep this information up to date. 1.Internal links in the Site content must not be removed.
2.The Site logo and/or URL should appear on each page displaying site content.
3.The format or branding of the headlines, text and other information provided in the RSS feeds must not be modified.
4."More From…" links back to original Site at the end of each post must be included on content pages and may not be removed.
 

Print Syndication Terms of Use
1.Reproduction of screenshots from any Site is permissible, without prior written approval, so long as the site logo and URL is fully visible or otherwise included on the page. See above for general permissions on partial content.
2.The Site logo and URL must appear prominently at the top of each section displaying site content.
3.Content must appear unedited, except for replacement of hyperlinks with full URLs and use of product manufacturer's site links where appropriate.
4.Images from a Site must not be used in print without you obtaining the appropriate copyright clearances yourself.
 

Images Terms of Use
Our editors typically include images as part of their blog posts and the images that they are authorized to use is the following:
- Images that are licensed from vendors
- Images that are supplied to our editors or released into the public domain by public relations and marketing companies for press or other purposes
- Images that are supplied by readers, with the implied representation that the person submitting the image owns the copyright in the image and the right to give it to us for use on our site
- Images that are published on Photobucket or other public photos sites with licenses granted under Creative Commons, with attribution in accordance with the CC license granted in each case

Terms for Submitting Products for Review
(a) First, fill out our Product Review application form. Make sure to complete all fields. For the "Product Specs" field, please include all information that you would like us to use, including the retail price, product release date, and where the product will be available. You must agree to our terms in order for us to approve any products for review. If you do not agree to our Terms, all requests will be denied.

(b) Before we approve a product we may request additional information on the product.

(c) Once your application has been received, we will reply by e-mail notifying you on whether or not your product review request has been approved or denied.

(d) If your product review has been denied, we will notify you with an e-mail that provides the reason to why your request was denied.

(e) If your application is approved we will notify you by e-mail. If you have any additional information, documents, files, or pictures you would like us to include on the review, please attach the desired files onto the e-mail reply.

(f) The e-mail you receive will include directions on where to ship sample(s). WE MUST RECEIVE ALL SAMPLE(S) WITHIN A 2 BUSINESS WEEK PERIOD. Please let us know how long we have to work with the sample(s) and whether or not you would like us to send your sample(s) back when we are finished.

(g) Once we are finished reviewing your product, please advise whether or not to return your sample(s). You have a 2 month deadline to request any sample(s) to be shipped back, after that 2 month period we will dispose of any remaining samples.

(h) IGG Factory and its Services will NOT be liable for any shipping discrepancies when receiving sample(s). This may include lost packages, damaged packages, and products that were damaged in the process of the review. If we receive any damaged or non-working products we will notify you by e-mail immediately. We will also notify you if there were any damages caused to the product in the process of the review.
 

Disclaimer; No Warranty
IGG Factory, Inc. makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy of the Content. IGG Factory, Inc. is not liable for omissions or typographical errors contained in the Content. You acknowledge that any reliance upon any Content shall be at your own risk. If a party for whom Content has been published discovers an error or omission in the Content, it is that party's obligation to notify IGG Factory, Inc. of the error or omission; however, IGG Factory, Inc. does not warrant that such error or omission will be corrected.

All transactions made based on information from the Service are solely between you and the Vendor. Your sole rights and remedies shall be against the Vendor. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that IGG Factory, Inc. has no liability for any cost, damage, or harm, directly or indirectly, in connection with the delivery, failure to deliver, performance, quality, or any other aspect of any products or services ordered or attempted to be ordered via information from the Service.
