(a) First, fill out our Product Review application form. Make sure to complete all fields. For the "Product Specs" field, please include all information that you would like us to use, including the retail price, product release date, and where the product will be available. You must agree to our terms in order for us to approve any products for review. If you do not agree to our Terms, all requests will be denied.

(b) Before we approve a product we may request additional information on the product.

(c) Once your application has been received, we will reply by e-mail notifying you on whether or not your product review request has been approved or denied.

(d) If your product review has been denied, we will notify you with an e-mail that provides the reason to why your request was denied.

(e) If your application is approved we will notify you by e-mail. If you have any additional information, documents, files, or pictures you would like us to include on the review, please attach the desired files onto the e-mail reply.

(f) The e-mail you receive will include directions on where to ship sample(s). WE MUST RECEIVE ALL SAMPLE(S) WITHIN A 2 BUSINESS WEEK PERIOD. Please let us know how long we have to work with the sample(s) and whether or not you would like us to send your sample(s) back when we are finished.

(g) Once we are finished reviewing your product, please advise whether or not to return your sample(s). You have a 2 month deadline to request any sample(s) to be shipped back, after that 2 month period we will dispose of any remaining samples.

(h) IGG Factory and its Services will NOT be liable for any shipping discrepancies when receiving sample(s). This may include lost packages, damaged packages, and products that were damaged in the process of the review. If we receive any damaged or non-working products we will notify you by e-mail immediately. We will also notify you if there were any damages caused to the product in the process of the review.
