Here is a cool little accessory that makes your life a little bit easier. I see people wearing headphones everywhere I go now. Most of them are usually listening to iPods or their iPod on their iPhone. If you're one of those people you would know that changing tracks can get annoying especially if you're like me and you like to skip tracks often.Griffin Technology has this new product that lets you control your iPod without pulling it out of your pocket or your bag. The headphone control adapter is just a controller attached to a 3.55mm audio jack cable. The jack, of course, attaches to your iPod or iPhone then your headphones' 3.55mm audio cable goes into the jack on the controller. The way it works is easy; there are 3 buttons on the controller, top, middle and bottom. The top and middle buttons are for adjusting your volume and the middle button is where you input most commands. To toggle between play and stop you just click the middle button once. To skip to the next track you would click the middle button two times and to go back one track you would click the middle button three times. Fairly simple to operate, this controller adapter also features some extra functions that let you use the VoiceOver functions on some of the iPods. To activate this mode, just press and hold the middle button until you hear a soft tone, one that happens it will prompt you with the Playlist title, to confirm it just push the middle button one time and it will start playing your playlist.
