Apple has been trying really hard lately to sue different companies regarding patent infringement of their ideas, mostly to stop the Android market from expanding in such a amazing speed. The HTC has been really silent regarding the suits claiming their patent infringement, however, HTC finally responded back addressing their position. They basically are disagreeing with Apple’s action and will defend their selves of this situation, the HTC also wanted to remind everyone that HTC was first, first to provide a 3.5 inch color touch screen Smartphone in the world during 2002 which is a device that is similar to iPhone. Most people can tell Apple is definitely trying to go after the Android market considering that HTC is one of the largest Android cell phone manufactures right now.
